The Vistas Condominium is comprised of 19 floors with 7 residential units per floor. There is a total of 131 residences. For your safety there is a 24-hour guard at the front desk. Residents are allowed to lease their unit twice a year for a minimum of 90 days. Pets are allowed with the association’s approval.
