The Venetian Villas were built in 1978 by the Lutgert Companies. It is perhaps the most picturesque island community built directly over Venetian Bay. Venetian Villas is made up of 32 completely unique villas. For your protection there is a secured gate with a telephone entry system. Pets are allowed with the association’s approval.
You can enjoy looking at the Venetian Bay while swimming in the beautiful bayside pool. For your convenience parking ranges from one to three car garages per villa. Venetian Villas have deeded beach access to the Park Shore Beach and the 1 1/4 mile lighted beach promenade.
