Surfsedge Condominium is comprised of 112 residential units on 14 floors. Residences range in size from 1,267 to 1,647 square feet of living area. There is a 24-hour security and a resident manager for your peace of mind. The amenities at Surfsedge include a wonderful beachfront pool and spa, barbecue facilities, a well-equipped party room, library, fitness facility, extra storage and much more.
