The Savoy Condominium was built in 1983 by First Regency Development Corporation, and offers lovely panoramic views of the Venetian Bay and Gulf of Mexico. The condominium is comprised of 141 residences on 19 floors. Unit sizes range from 1,735 to over 2,500 square feet of living area (even more for penthouses). Savoy offers a guarded and gated entrance, 24-hour security and a manager for your peace of mind.

You realize the elegance of the Savoy as soon as you walk in the door and witness the beautiful atrium lobby (scheduled to be redecorated in 2009!).
