The Pelican Point Condominium was built in 1974. The residences offer southern exposure and magnificent views of the Venetian Bay. Pelican Point Condominium is comprised of 36 residential units on 6 floors. Residences range from 1,000 to over 2,000 square feet of living area. For your safety the exterior doors are always locked with an entry phone for guest access. You can enjoy the sparkling Venetian Bay while relaxing at the bayside pool. A party room is available for large or small gatherings. Boat slips are available and each residence has a covered parking spot. All residents have access to the private 1-1/4 mile lighted Park Shore Beach promenade and beach park.

Pelican Point is a very community-oriented condominium. Recent improvements include repaved parking lots and a new park on the eastern side of the building. Ameneties include a shared pool with Pelican Point II (West), BBQ/picnic area, community room, sundeck, library, and boat slips. The resident manager is Lloyd Perlman who has been here since 2002.
