Park Shore Landings was built by Ericksen Communities in 1984 on one of the most exciting bayfront sites in Southwest Florida, and is comprised of four buildings. Each building contains 18 units for a total of 72 units in the complex. They range in size from 1,372 to around 1,800 square feet of living area. Each residence has a great view out over the waters of Venetian Bay.
Amenities at Park Shore Landings include covered parking, additional storage in front of your carport, barbecue grills, a beautiful pool and spa, and a party room. Pets are allowed with approval. Units may be rented twice a year, for at least 30 days at a time.
All residents have access to the private 1-1/4 mile lighted Park Shore Beach promenade and the private, gated, Park Shore homeowners beach park. All owners enjoy the opportunity to purchase or lease a boat slip at Park Shore Landings.
