The Le Jardin Condominium was built in 1998, and is comprised of 52 units over 20 floors. Residences are typically much larger and more spacious than other condominiums, with over 6,000 square feet of living area in each penthouse, and at least 3,500 for everyone else. Le Jardin features outstanding view of Gulf, Bay, and the city of Naples.

The extensive list of amenities at Le Jardin include a Gulf side pool and spa, BBQ/picnic area, beach access, bike storage, clubhouse, community room, exercise room, extra storage, guest rooms, sauna, tennis courts, trash chutes, and vehicle wash area. Each unit comes with a 2-car underbuilding parking area (3-car for penthouses). The property is gated and secured by a guard 24 hours a day. Boat slips are available for purchase or lease from the Venetian Bay Yacht Club.

Renovations include new paint (2007) and plant to refinish the pool and barbeque area (upcoming). Large pets may be approved. Rental policy allows one six-month lease per year. All residents have access to the private, lighted 1 1/4 mile Park Shore Beach promenade.
