The Gulfside Condominium was built by the Lutgert Companies directly on the Gulf of Mexico in 1974, and features beautiful, unobstructed Gulf views. 112 residential units are spread over 15 floors, and range in size from 1,267 to 1,661 square feet of living area.

Besides incredible beach access, Gulfside sports a variety of amenities. You can relax at the beachfront pool and sauna. Barbecue facilities are perfect for a poolside picnic. You’ll enjoy the well-equipped party room or the lovely library, and a fitness room is available to help you stay in shape. There is a 24-hour security guard and a resident manager for your peace of mind. All residents have access to the private 1-1/4 mile lighted Park Shore Beach promenade, and may purchase or lease a boat slip at the Venetian Bay Yacht Club.

As of 2008, all units now feature hurricane shutters and up-to-code impact glass. The parking lot has recently been repaved. Also, the roof will be replace in summer 2009. Rental policy at Gulfside allows for up to two rentals of at least 3 months per year.
