The Enclave was built by the Lutgert Companies in 1991. It is unequalled in the views, design, quality of construction and amenities it has to offer. Enclave is comprised of 28 residential floors, each floor contains one beachfront estate. Each estate has over 6,000 square feet of living area and a 360-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and Venetian Bay. All condos are the same size and footprint.

Enclave is secured by a 24 hour guard and a gated entry, adjacent to the managers residence. There is a beautiful beachfront pool and spa, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, a Har-Tru tennis court with gazebo, a large social room, vehicle wash, and 2 spacious guest suites. Each owner has a 2-car air-conditioned enclosed parking garage. Guest suite are available from $100/night during season, $75/night off season. Pets up to 50 lbs. are allowed.

The guest suites, social room, and exercise room were all updated in 2003. All owners have the opportunity to purchase or lease a boat slip from the Venetian Bay Yacht Club. No rentals (why would you want to, with a place like this?).
