The Brittany Condominium, an exclusive enclave with Gulf of Mexico and Venetian Bay panoramas, was built by Gulf Bay Development in 1996, and contains 127 residential units on 21 floors. The typical floor plans range in size from 2,500 to 3,400 square feet. The Brittany offers both privacy and security, an electronic entry gate, closed circuit video system and uniformed security personnel around the clock.

Amenities abound at the Brittany. You can get your exercise in the well-equipped fitness center (to be updated by Fall 2008!) or on the tennis courts. Relax in the beachfront pool and spa, or enjoy the card and billiards room. If you have guests, there are 4 lovely guest suites available. Each unit comes with two under-building parking spaces (penthouse units have three).

Pets under 25 lbs. allowed. 90-day minimum rental term, with up to 2 rentals allowed per year. Brittany owners also have the opportunity to purchase or lease a boat slip at the Venetian Bay Yacht Club, and may enjoy the private 1 1/4 mile lighted Park Shore Beach Promenade.
